What you can do with the commercial configurator

With HandShake you can manage commercial price lists and create an offer from CAD, taking data directly from the BOM. And you can translate offers into various languages and currencies.

  • Predefined templates that can be customised using a dedicated editor.
  • Editable offer: the editor can edit the generated offer and save changes.
  • With the same database you can create budget offers or detailed offers, specifications and technical documents to accompany the machine or plant.
  • Use of standard formats (xlsx, docx, PDF) for publishing and exporting the offer.
  • Apply mark-ups and discounts quickly, both in absolute and percentage terms.
  • Analyse the offer and calculate margins, starting from the industrial cost of the product, on each item entered, on groups of items or on the entire offer.
